O negativo da estadia foi o ar condicionado do apto 1504, que ficamos e a garagem: ar condicionado muito barulhento e precisando de uma manutenção urgente. A garagem tem a entrada muito estreita e com subida em curva. Quem tem veiculo grande, tipo camioneta vai passar um aperto para subir e estacionar. Tenho um SUV, Compass, e passei um aperto danado :)"
