"Horrible customer service!! Upon arrival we couldn't get in our room bc the code wasn't working. I called their number, texted and emailed, no one returned any of my messages until the following afternoon. You have people sleeping and smoking crack right infront of the entrance gate and there are NO camera's infront of the property which is unsafe. Our Uber drivers would wait for us to get inside the front gate before they drove off. They have a No music or noise policy that starts at 10pm, yet no one follows it bc there is No one there to enforce it. If you don't care about sleep, this is definitely for you, also you are down the block from the bars so it does get very loud esp. Thursday through Sunday. There is only 2 spots for breakfast and that's a win or lose depending on the day. If you dont mind walking about 15 mins, you will find Burger King, Walmart, Dollar store, Walgreens, plus coffee shops. We paid extra for our room and private outdoor shower which I liked bc it was different. The water was barely hot at times and pressure was weak. The king size bed was very comfortable and the cleaning ladies were very nice. The Palmas restaurant down the block had amazing food but it tends to get very loud and if you sit outside prepare yourself for the homeless to come to you and beg for money. The girl with the glasses and afro was very rude, she left us at her table outside for 40 mins, never bothered to take our order, we had a long day so we decided to go inside the "

"We loved our stay! The one bedroom with kitchen was perfect for our family of 4. Pool was big with enough space for everyone. Beach was gorgeous, pretty wavy/dangerous for swimming if untrained. Activities were great, workout area was great and never too busy. Restaurant was also good when we ate/drank there. We loved the ground floor room with walkout to pool area. Construction was a minor annoyance, not bad. They also had an issue with fire alarms going off at night- but did reimburse our resort fee for those days. Overall we would gladly stay again. "

"The staff here were very friendly and helping whenever needed. Best part is how close it is to San Juan. The neighborhood it's in can be sketch for some people, but try to believe me, you are good. The condition of the room could've been better. Spots on the couch, unkept rug, floor tiles lifting, ceiling peeling. None of it was eggrecious to a point we didn't feel comfortable, but more so details missed that can be improved. You also don't have a view out to anytign but an empty lot with graffiti on an abandoned building. BUT if you're looking for somewhere to simply sleep and change clothes, this is perfect. Lol honestly it's a very ok, 3/5, 5-6/10 place. You'll only be disappointed thinking you're staying at a Marriott. BRING YOUR OWN WASH CLOTHS AND TOWELS. Lol they run out fast. "

"Great hotel in a great location. The vibe is in tune with the old San Juan location. The only negative is the main building elevator. It is old and a little flaky. This was our second time staying there and will definitely stay again. "

"A very good pre cruise choice. I wish we stayed 2 nights rather than one. Easy access to good restaurants. We especially enjoyed Metropole just a stroll from the lobby. A quick uber to the pier. Would definitely stay again "

"Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. Room was big, but slightly dated (didn't bother us). We heard no noise of other rooms. We went mainly for a nice beach and nice pools. I would go back. Good for kids and very nice to have good food at the hotel for dinner. "
