"This is an amazing property. Stay in El prado is an experience in all senses. All staff is amazing very atentive to all guest needs. Food is excelent and the iconic property is stuning. Absolutely recommended."

"Staff at front counter not very friendly to non spanish. Ceiling in bar fell in while we were checking in. Rooms are dated. Shower was very difficult to get in and out of. Toilet was awkwardly placed. No bottled water or tissues in rooms or place to purchase other than bar that isn't always open. Was generally lots of little things that just added up to being disappointed. "

"The website says AIRPORT transport however NOT TRUE. Beware! They only offer to call taxi for you. A pet Chimpanzee can do that. I made reservations Specifically for the amenity. It does not exist and feel it’s false advertising. They Do NOT have transport option to Airport. I wasted my time and $$$. I deserve a refund. Ask the supposed manager for explanation and she did not have and answer one way or another. If it offer an amenity they should produce. Hotels.com ….BAD! False advertising"
