"Hotel Camburi Praia is a very basic hotel in a small, country village 2hrs south-west of Sao Paulo along the coast. I stayed there for a work engagement. Camburi village is a typical of the area; rustic, weather-beaten, but welcoming enough. You should have some basic knowledge of portuguese though to get by. Hotel Camburi Praia is just off the main street running through the village and about 150m from the beach. It's a very basic hotel (my room 34 was a bit dated, but comfortable enough)....

E preciso deslocar para outra unidade do hotel, nao tao perto para usufruir da estrutura oferecida. Foi solicitado toalhas e nao levaram no dia, tuvemos que pedir no outro dia e o pior o quarto que que alugamos timha estacionamento incluido e no por 2 dias nosso carro teve de dormir na rua pq nao habia vaga no hotel para o carro. "A great place to unwind and relax. The pousada has a calm, laid-back atmosphere that makes it easy to disconnect. It’s located about 4 km from Maresias Beach, which is convenient if you have a car and prefer a quieter setting. The pool area is a nice touch, with sun loungers perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a peaceful vibe. Keep in mind that the staff only speak Portuguese, so having a translator is essential if you don’t speak the language."

"What a relaxing stay! I enjoyed the fresh fruit and juices each morning for breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Special shout out to Joel who speaks English and helped me a lot! The room was very clean, and I especially enjoyed the well functioning air conditioner and ceiling fan. Nothing beats sitting by the pool or in their comfortable sitting area at the end of the day with a nice, crisp glass of white wine. Also loved that I simply had to tell the staff at the beach what Pousada I was staying in and they provided a chair, umbrella, and table for me for the day, included with my stay. Would definitely stay here again! "
