Pousada com estrutura sem atendimento a altura.

O hotel e confortável melhor do que esperávamos, a cama e King sensacional, chalé espaçoso. e uma pena a tv não estar na parte superior da cama. Entretanto, o café da manhã é péssimo. Sem variedade, nos informara que o termino é as 10;00 chegamos as 9;20 e já não havia mais nada. Embora houvesse duas funcionárias, não houve reposição. lembramos que no site estava o termino para as 10;30. No outro dia fomos mais cedo e a mesma coisa, a pia da cozinha cheia de louça , um casal pediu um ovo mexido e meu marido viu a funcionaria nem lavar a frigideira e fazer o ovo. Falta de higiene. Elas estavam cuidando dos filhos e eu compreendo que é difícill trabalhar e ser mãe. Mas precisamos ser profissionais acima de tudo. Uma pena a pousada poderia ser de excelência. Tem potencial para isso.

Ar condicionado quebrado

O ar condicionado do meu quarto não estava funcionando e estava mais de 35 graus no dia. Ao tentar resolver o problema na recepção, fiquei mais de 2 horas lá pois não queriam me transferir para outra pousada sem custo. Depois de muita insistência e tempo, me deram a opção de mudar. Foi uma experiência estressante e desgastante.

hotel bacana um dos meus preferidos em Juquei

A refrigeração do ar condicionado para os quartos de 2 andares é ruim na parte de baixo, deveriam pelo menos colocar o ventilador de teto que esta em cima da cama sem utilização para a parte de baixo, salvo que não utilizei a cozinha.
