House in rustic pattern, 1 suite + 2 Q, giant living room with flat screen TV, comfortable and large balcony with several hammocks, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, blender, cuzcuzeira, orange squeezer, several pots, dishes, spoons, cutlery, cups. Very well located, gated community and private exit to Barra beach. Motorized security 24 hours. Great cost benefit. It has a leisure area complete with swimming pool, soccer field, excellent place to relax, enjoy, enjoy the wonders of nature, spend and renew energy. Peace and security are high points here.
