The Space:

This villa offers the comfort and privacy of a full home combined with the amenities and security of a premium residential development, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a true escape.



The main living area features an open-concept living room and dining space that flows seamlessly onto the terrace through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a continuous indoor–outdoor experience. The private terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining area and a plunge pool with views, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the sunsets.



The villa includes four spacious bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom and closet, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. All spaces are generously sized, air-conditioned, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxed stay.



The kitchen features a central island and high-end finishes and opens directly to the dining area, ideal for shared moments. A laundry area and a service room are also integrated, providing added convenience throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the villa, including the private pool, as well as the ANERA common areas. Optional services (available at an additional cost and with prior booking) include housekeeping during your stay, in-home cook, grocery pre-stocking, and restaurant or tour reservations. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and key common areas.



The Neighborhood:

Playa Blanca is a natural sanctuary—peaceful, uncrowded, and perfect for long beach walks or quiet contemplation. In the winter months, you may even spot humpback whales or dolphins from the shore. Just minutes away is Laguna de Potosí, a haven for birdwatching and boat rides, complete with rustic beachfront seafood restaurants.



You’re also close to local highlights: Barra de Potosí (4 min drive), downtown Zihuatanejo with its vibrant markets and boho charm (28 min), Playa Las Gatas (accessible by boat from Zihuatanejo), and the modern area of Ixtapa with its golf courses and marina (30 min). Nature and culture blend beautifully in this part of the coast.



Getting Around:

We recommend using a private vehicle or pre-arranged transportation. Our concierge team is available to assist with airport transfers and local transport during your stay. We can also help coordinate boat tours or excursions to nearby attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Cleaning during your stay is not included. Additional services are available for an extra fee and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. For stays of 7 nights or more, one complimentary cleaning is included.

Safety First (No Glass): For everyone's safety, it is strictly forbidden to bring glass containers or any type of glass container into the pool area. Relaxing Environment: Please maintain a quiet environment. Please moderate the volume of music and conversations, and avoid horseplay or running in the wet hallways. Food and Beverages: Please consume food and beverages only in the designated areas of the Beach Club, not inside the pool. Use of Furniture: Sun loungers and umbrellas are for everyone's enjoyment. Please do not reserve them for extended periods of time if they are not in use. Exclusive Access: The use of these facilities is exclusive for owners and their guests registered with the administration. Recommendations for your Villa's Private Pool For maximum enjoyment and safety of the pool in the privacy of your villa, we suggest you consider the following key points: Constant Supervision (Priority #1): Your family's safety is most important. Never leave minors without direct adult supervision in or near the pool, no matter how deep it is. Beware of Glass: We strongly recommend not using glasses, bottles or other glass containers on the deck and pool area to prevent accidents. No Diving: The pools in the villas are for immersion and relaxation; they are not suitable for diving. We ask that you always enter with caution. Pool Equipment: Please do not tamper with the filter or lighting controls. If you need assistance or notice any irregularity in the equipment, please contact the administration.
