  • This Brand new Luxury triplex finished in Jan 2019. Unit A is located on the 1st floor. Relaxing rooftop deck with La Palapa, pool, BBQ, couch, table and chairs with a fabulous view of the lagoon. Casa Chiva is located on one of the most charming streets in Barra and the units have a modern sophisticated feel, using indigenous Mexican materials.

    Casa Chiva consists of 3 one bedroom units. Each Unit has wood-tiled floors, terrazzo countertops, full kitchen, air conditioning, flat screen TV equipped with roku as well as wireless internet connection. Unit A is downstairs and unit B and C are located upstairs. The building is situated in the middle of the Barra peninsula and is located within 100 paces from over 20 Restaurants, bars, stores, Fish market , ferry and charter boat businesses, all set in a safe and private setting. Casa Chiva puts you in the center of it all!
