Second time stopping at Kentisbury grange but slightly disappointed this time. Definitely not cleaned properly inside, leaking tap in the kitchen, noisy tap in the bathroom. Floor lifting in the main lounge to kitchen area. The bare minimum of a welcome pack, absolutely nothing for the dog, even though charged £45 for the dog being there. Gas run out half through our stay left us with no hot water/ heating, they did fix this the following morning. Right outside the lodge is a little untidy/ overgrown. Definitely wouldn't class this as" luxury " Staff were extremely friendly and helpful though.
