"The house was clean and neat. Unfortunately there were a few problems. The master bath shower was unusable due to a bad shower head. Also you couldn’t make use of the very nice deck during the day since the umbrella was broken. The open shed on the deck was loaded with junk that was easily visible. The front yard had foot tall weeds."

"We visited Seaside Heights for my daughter’s bachelorette getaway and this house was a great place to stay! There were 8 of us and the accommodations were simple, but comfortable for our stay. A couple things came up but, Rob was very responsive to the needs. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Cute house, amazing view, directly on the lake ..very relaxing, we enjoyed our daily visit from the swans, muscovies and the family of geese--mom, dad, and 5 babies. There were fresh flowers waiting for us!Very nice and minutes from Smithville. We highly recommend!"

"The house was beautiful. A lot of attention to detail was placed into this house such as beautiful ceilings, oval windows, comfortable beds, individual climate control in each room. The jacuzzi with the roof patio was a great perk. "
