"They say first impressions count... I chose the Kyriad in Poulainville based on the hotels proximity to Amiens. When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention. As this was a Road Trip, I had a number of bags and asked if a luggage trolley was available to be told not by the chap on the front desk. "We had an amazing stay at Maison De Plumes … the house is beautiful and it has grounds to match ! Nicholas met us as soon as we arrived and made us feel welcome from start to when we left.
