Executive room was comfortable, bed was particularly so. Everything you would expect in the room. Hotel very helpful. Breakfast was great and relaxed. Restaurant next door straightforward and nice. Great base for the Somme great war sites, would recommend.

France RoadTrip (2025)

They say first impressions count... I chose the Kyriad in Poulainville based on the hotels proximity to Amiens. When arriving it was a number of minutes before the reception staff answered the bell which I had to hit twice for attention. As this was a Road Trip, I had a number of bags and asked if a luggage trolley was available to be told not by the chap on the front desk. (See final words) We were then told the restaurant next door was closed but food was available to be ordered and either delivered to the hotel breakfast area or the room. The Breakfast Buffet was good, although attention to small details could have been better. Refilling of food items was slow and I had to ask for support. Nice to see Smoked Salmon as an option to Sausages and Bacon available. The room was excellent although I had booked a room with walk in shower and corner bathtub. Pillow choice was also good between traditional soft and firmer memory foam. The TV only had limited stations and no International channels worked, On Check-Out the receptionist was more on the ball. He advised in fact that a luggage trolley was available but at this time I had already moved the bags to the car as taking a number of trips. City Tax was requested upon Check Out which was unusual in France as normally requested upon Check-In So the question I always ask myself, would I stay here again? Undecided... The Room was Excellent, The Service was a mixed bag...

Wonderful hotel.

What a superb location. The staff on the front desk were super helpful. The express breakfast was just what we needed and having water bottles to fill and take to your room, thus saving plastic is a fabulous idea. Other hotels should follow your lead.

Room very comfortable. Staff very friendly and polite. Would say breakfast wasn’t great and in tge evenings, the bar lacked drinks. However did get a complimentary drink which was generous. Perfect location for the business trip

Worth staying here if not too large detour.

Clean room. Vast bed. Air con essential but fan a bit noisy. On main road but still quiet. Hippopotamus restaurant next door good and open til gone 10 pm. We were late for breakfast so not much choice left. We actually stayed Saturday night and not the Friday as stated

À mon arrivée, la personne m’a dit que le petit déjeuner n’était pas compris, et le lendemain, quand j’ai vérifié sur l’application, j’ai vu qu’il était compris. Je me suis contenté d’un café soluble comme petit déjeuner. Les serviettes dans la salle de bain était usé à la corde et très loin d’une qualité quatre étoiles. Le prix du spa est prohibitif. Je ne renouvellerai pas l’expérience

Hôtel agréable

Très agréable comme hôtel avec des chambres volumineuses, avec une bonne hauteur sous plafond. Le décor est joyeux et coloré dans tout l'hôtel c'est agréable. Nous aurions plutôt pensé qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel 3 étoiles plutôt que 4. Nous aurions apprécié des mules par exemple.. Petit déjeuner bien. Situation et parking appréciables. On reviendra.

On avait pas dormi comme ça depuis longtemps ! Centre commercial à 3km Nombreux restaurant à moins de 15min, accessibles en transports mais une voiture c’est mieux si on souhaite visiter les villes alentour.
