"Loved this house and location . Super clean and has a washer and dryer, with the amenities that you need to do a load of laundry. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet . "

"We were in town for Ironman chatty and stayed at Tammy’s property . Several of the neighboring houses must’ve been rentals as well, because we had 2-3 houses next to us with athletes as well. Great location! The house is very cozy and very well appointed with essentials and all the comforts of home . Very clean ! Tammy is a great host "

"Kathy’s Kottage was exactly what we needed for our 4-day family visit to Chattanooga! The house was so homey and cozy and you could tell a lot of effort was put into decorating and adding nice little touches. The house was a perfect home base for our outings to the Aquarium, Coolidge Park, Duckboats, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and nearby restaurants.Just an FYI for others that the house is close to the highway so when outside on the porch you’ll hear the passing traffic. And on occasion from inside you can hear 18-wheelers downshifting. This didn’t bother us at all and didn’t impact our visit but just wanted to include it so others are aware."

"Check in info did not get sent to me on the day of check in. I did get an answer right away when I called and they sent it right over so we could get into the premises. The air conditioner was not turned on until 10am the following day so our first night they brought fans which blew all the huge dust clumps out from under the beds. I always wipe around my dogs food bowl when she finishes eating and that revealed a floor which certainly wasn’t mopped in some time… the paper towel was black. There were 3 televisions with only one remote operating. The gentleman that came to check the thermostat for the air stated the other remotes needed batteries. In their defense, everyone we came in contact with over the phone and in person was very nice and seemed to be doing everything they knew to do to get things up and running. It would just be nice if there had been some check list the day before we arrived after all we have to pay all fees in advance and would hope a good agency had all taken care of these issues.
