"The property itself, for myself, an American, was a little difficult to get to. But once we arrived, the staff was so courteous and attentive. The room was very pretty and so clean.     "Liked: courteous and responsive staffs, cleaness, location, breakfast The hotel staffs have provided top quality services with a smile on their face. It made me feel welcome and my stay very pleasant. I would like to thank them for their hospitality . The location of the hotel was perfect for using as a homebase for making day trips to nearby towns like Alberobello, Matera. Polignano a Mare, etc. It took a few minutes of walking to the central train station and bus terminal. Yet there were no noises heard from train or bustling streets. In addition, a big supermarket, Lidl, was conveniently located in an adjacent building. I would definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Puglia in the future. "
