Great location, room is small and stairs to upper rooms real narrow and steep. We enjoyed the dining options and historic value nearby. We are on a cruise ship so convenient to the port, a short walk
Lovely stay in the old town of Bari. Such a convenient location and so beautiful. Easy check in with a lovely, helpful lady. Room was a good size and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of information provided to find the guesthouse prior to arrival and quick response to any queries from landlord.
Great communication from the property on how to find it and the check in procedure.
2 flights of narrow steep steps to room itself but lovely old building. Nice big room. No iron available or provided. Would not hesitate to stay again
Stunning place super cosy and extremely well located in the old city which has everything you will want to visit in town. It feels extremely safe. We were two girls travelling alone and felt safe compared to when we travel to other Italian cities. Our bus arrived early and they were kind enough to let us check in early they offered little snacks too, would definitely recommend
We spent 7 nights in Bari and the surrounding area and this room was our base.
The room is in a quiet part of the old town. It is only a few minutes walk from restaurants and bars but remains tranquil.
The room was spacious and comfortable and importantly the air conditioning was effective.
The bathroom was large, the shower was nice and hot and flowed well.
This is a lovely room in a great part of town.
We had a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location. The host, Tonio, was excellent communicating and providing directions to arrive late past check in. The property is very near the seawall and in the old town and so you expect it to not be sparkling new. That said, there are a few things that could be improved to make the small space more functional. Nice that there is a refrigerator (but no kitchen).
We found it easy to walk to sites both in the old section and new, loved being in an area where people are living their lives and children are playing soccer in the in the nearby open space, and we always felt safe. We would come back again.
We were right in the rabbit warren of Old Town and loved it. We received detailed instructions and photos to show us how to find the place, which would have been challenging otherwise because of the way the Old Town is laid out. The stairs to our suite were steep and narrow, but that was only an issue when we first arrived and had to lug suitcases up there (and back down when we left). The location was perfect; right in amongst the locals. Very quiet, very clean. The host left us some melba toast and one pat of cherry jam, but it wasn't a B&B anyway. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a floor to ceiling frosted glass wall, so it wasn't as private as some people might like. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and the host was quick to respond if we needed anything (like extra toilet paper). We would definitely stay there again. People have complained about how hard it can be to find the property, but Google Maps plus instructions and photos from our host led us straight there. No problem at all.
I stayed with my 7yrs old son for 3nights, got nothing to complain and everything was very thoughtful and satisfying. I highly recommend for anyone this accommodation!
Clean and
safe nice studio with bathroom in the heart of the old city. Queen size bed, aircon and a fridge in the room. Very quiet. Person how gave us the Keys were really helpful. Definitely an excellent place to stay in Bari
Nice room, heart of oldtown, nice welcome gift, easy and friendly contact with owner during arriving and he ordered for us taxi to the airport. We recommend this appartment to everyone visiting Bari for some days.
The room did not quite appear as pictured and didn’t feel very secure inside, though the surrounding area is very safe. There were dirty dishes in the room when we arrived, and the entire bathroom is behind a glass wall with limited privacy (in case you’re traveling with family or friends).
Stairs are very dangerous and difficult to climb due to 28” wide and fan shaped!
Breakfast was very poor with minimal options, crackers, jelly and cookies;no coffee! No 🛎️ one at site ti ask questions, with 3 apartments on a vertical wall. Small window to look out. Never again!
We loved the location as we were going on a cruise after our stay here. We just walked across the street then into the port! (15 min walk)
Finding this B&B was a little difficult. Our taxi dropped us at Basilica Nicolaus & we had to figure out where to go! Thank goodness for Google maps!!
The stairway is steep & narrow. It wasn't a problem for us, but might be for other people.
My GPS was giving mixed signals as we searched for the property and we ended up at the wrong Torre Tresca property. From there, the communication went poorly, which was a shame. The property itself was lovely.

Nothing. Extremely difficult to find this place. No one was available when we arrived. They did not take the time to show us how to use the very complicated show. It was also very cold in the room when we arrived.
The place is located in the Bari historical area, but is far enough from the very centre that neither noice nor great numbers of people would get through.
The place was super cute and cosy, the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. It is a perfect place to stay during a trip to Bari, because everything is so close to it. And don’t get me started with the closest neighbourhood! It was as if I was in the small, traditional Italian town, not the quite big touristic city!
One downside are the grocery shops, beca I haven’t seen any near the place. However it could be that I wasn’t looking hard enough ;)
Struttura in ottima posizione e propietario molto gentile.
