Spectacular low floor of 80 m2 totally exterior and sunny (south facing) close to Santander with garden and terrace of 20 m2 in urbanization with swimming pool. It has a room with double bed and another with 2 single beds, ideal for couples, and couples with children. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen, with a glassed-in balcony, spacious living room, master bathroom and toilet. The house has a parking space and closed common parking area.

Great apartment close to fantastic beaches
A fantastic apartment with all the things you would need including a dishwasher and washing machine. Underground secure parking as well as an excellent lovely clean outdoor communal pool. Would definitely recommend a car to get you to the fantastic beaches and to the nearby resorts of Santona. Easy direct access to or from Santnader or Bilbao or head in land towards the mountains and cave art. A great place to stay and explore this part of Northern Spain. The apartment is lovely and cool on a hot day as well as being nice and quiet. Great communication with the owner via Whatsapp. Highly recommended
