  • This beautiful holiday home is situated just a few minutes from the beach in a highly sought-after residential area.



    The property features 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. It is also equipped with 2 dishwashers. There is a 75-inch TV in the living room and a 55-inch TV in the kitchen.



    You can also look forward to a fantastic on-site saltwater swimming pool, a veranda with a barbecue – perfect for al fresco dining – and a large sun terrace with stunning sea views. The village of Alella and its surroundings offer leisure activities for all ages, including restaurants, water sports, walking trails and much more. The property has its own saltwater swimming pool. The property offers free electric car charging and is fitted with a high-security alarm system.

Great villa as we have a large family and it easily accommodated us. Lots of equipment for cooking and entertaining, games room was perfect to keep us all occupied. It was a fair walk to the train station which we used daily to get to Barcelona and Badalona for the beach , downhill was fine but tougher uphill with shopping etc.

The house was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable for the 7 of us. The views were absolutey stunning at day or at night. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool, but it was clean. The check in process was quick and efficient. Monica was great! She answered any question i had. It was a great stay!
