The location is very well connected. A bus stop and the train station are just a few minutes’ walk away, providing easy access to the historic centre, Plaza Cataluña, the beach, and other notable areas of the city. Taxis are readily available and allow for quick and comfortable travel.

Since this is a residential area, it is important to respect the peace and harmony of the area. For this reason, the following rules apply:

1) Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
2) The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
3) Out of respect for the neighbors, the property is equipped with a decibel monitoring system.
4) The person signing the rental agreement upon arrival must be at least 25 years old. Parties and noise that may disturb the neighbors are not permitted.
5) Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay overnight at the property. Any additional guests staying overnight will incur an extra charge. Daytime visitors, even if they do not stay overnight, must be reported to and authorised in advance by the property.
