We had a wonderful stay! Convenient to transit, in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. We had a fantastic time exploring Barcelona and Sander Los Arcos was the perfect home base.

Nice stylish hotel with great location

Nice, big and clean room, nicely decorated! Perfekt for a family of four! Location was super for our purpose to discover the city! We had a great stay. The chat function worked perfecly and the friendly staff helped with evertything from booking taxis to finding the best breakfast place. The noice from nearby bars, as also mentioned in the description, was loud yes, but with ear plugs it worked ok for us! We liked everything else so could live with it. We come back!

It was in a fun neighborhood -Gothic Quarter. You can't take a taxi directly to it. There are many restaurants on the Plaza nearby, most of which are touristy. The property is well insulated and brand new, although you could still feel some vibrations late at night. Small room, but adequate.

Our room was beautiful and well taken care of during our stay. Customer service was 10/10! Location is great for walking and restaurants. Main complaint is the street noise. You could hear everything going on outside at all hours including loud yelling, club music, and any other movement or construction. Even with earplugs, the sound of the bass from the club kept me up until 7am, then as soon as it stopped, the sound of the street cleaners and workers was next. If you are a heavy sleeper, this place is fantastic, but if not, I would look into a quieter area. If this hotel could look into sound proofing the windows, it would be perfect!

The hotel was easy to find. It's more like an air B&B than a hotel. No conceirge desk. No one to greet you. They were very responsive via text if you needed them. The location was great. We had a balcony that overlooked an alleyway. The room was very clean and beautiful. The only issue...super noisy!!!! There's a square just at the end of the alleyway and you could hear everything going on. They provide earplugs but they really didn't help. The street noise was unbearable at times. There must be a nightclub nearby and all you could feel was the bass of the music. It was very difficult to sleep.

The room was nice, recently renovated, and well-kempt. However, the layout was tight and could have been designed better. The shower has no real rim so the water leaks out onto the bathroom floor. We had to use towels to mop up water after each shower. There was no place for us to hang towels. The counter in the bathroom was small and there was no shelf above it so we had limited space to put our toiletries. The bed was extremely loud. Every move we made made the boards under the mattress creak. There were no luggage racks. There were way too many light switches controlling the lights which made it difficult to turn on/off the lights we wanted.

El acceso es complicado , un elevador diminuto , nuestra habitación daba al callejón mal olor a orina , basura , ruido de fiesta hasta las 6 de la mañana todos los días , no es ideal para descansar , no se puede dormir del ruido y siempre huele mal , de difícil acceso ya que no tiene recepción y es por código y al no tener internet se complica , está poco señalizado el acceso y las ventanas no son a prueba de ruido .

Our room (a small suite) was very clean and well designed with lots of storage space, all the amenities we could need and a big bed. The receptionist (Diana) was very helpful, responded quickly using the Sonder app chat function, and we were able to get into the room much earlier than the official 4pm check-in time, which was great. The only down-side was the noise from the room above, where people decided to stamp around in loud shoes and rearrange the furniture at 1:00am. This isn't the hotel's fault - it was the inconsiderate guests.

Ruim. O check in é um pesadelo. Faz-se com antecedência remetendo dados e documentos. Uns dias antes enviam e mail para entrar no app, que não abre. A propriedade é muito simples, parece prédio residencial , sem portaria. Não parece muito seguro o local à noite. Tive que solicitar mais toalhas e sabonetes no hotel indicado perto. O colchão é horrível e não tinha protetor, Pelo preço achei muito ruim (custo/beneficio). Não indico e não ficaria novamente .

Positive: Clean, modern, central, responsive and nice support staff Negative: Walls are paper thin, the mattress is basically a cot which makes loud rustling noises with every single minor movement you make and it's incredibly uncomfortable. I got absolutely no sleep the few days I stayed there because of this terrible mattress and the noise from the late night partying in the area. The Airco is seasonal only which meant that I could not use it even though it was stuffy and warm in the apartment. The exit sign above the door lights up a bright neon green which illuminates the room quite brightly. I would never stay here again.

Nice hotel

Nice, clean hotel. Check-in/out is super easy. Perfect location. Only thing is that it’s really noisy from the restaurants outside, so even with earplugs it’s loud. Would definitely stay here again.
