It’s big and spacious but it’s outdated. The shower was the smallest I ever seen. It’s nice that it has a balcony, washing machine, plenty of room for 4 and plenty of towels. The neighborhood was nice, the windows don’t isolate the sounds at all and at night you could hear several garbage trucks coming to pick up the trash every night and also the motorcycles that were loud.It would need a fresh coat of paint. It’s located between Parc Guell and Sagrada Familia and a metro station 7 min away

I booked this apartment through VRBO but ended up dealing with ShBarcelona instead. Right from the start communication was terrible. We had to pay an additional 30e to have someone deliver the keys to the apartment. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor because the shower curtain was too short. The kitchen had nothing, not even salt or pepper. VRBO used to be vacation rental by owners. They wanted to chargeA higher rate than the rate I booked. The tourist tax was way higher than any other place we stayed. This management company does not know how to run short term rentals.

Wir waren leider mehr als enttäuscht, da unmittelbar in den Nachbarwohnungen (sehr dünne Wände), ab 07.00h Morgens Abbruch und Stemmarbeiten in einer überdimensionalen Lautstärke stattgefunden haben. Als wir angereist waren, lagen bereits die ganzen Zementsäcke im Treppenhaus und unser Vermieter ist uns leider mit keinem Lösungsansatz entgegengekommen und behauptete er wüsste nichts davon uns das es nicht in seiner Kontrolle liegt. Dies fanden wir sehr schade, da selbst die übrigen Mieter im Haus Bescheid wussten und darüber informiert worden seien, wie uns berichtet worden ist. Daher war der 1wöchige Aufenthalt, alles andere als schön.Die Wohnung ist ziemlich abgerockt und in die Jahre gekommen. Bei dem Budget, wäre mal die ein oder andere Renovierung sehr sinnvoll. Beim Duschen wird das halbe Bad geflutet, Wasser dringt bis in den Flur und das Wohnzimmer und bei der Toilettenspülung,
