Close to every place

Esta cerca de todo. En el mismo centro de Barcelona. La habitación muy acogedora y amplia. Con una cocina muy básica pero muy útil. Volvería a hospedarme allí de volver a Barcelona.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi da Plaza de Catalunya. Palazzo d'epoca molto elegante , il personale è disponibile a dare informazioni sulla città, gli ambienti sono puliti. Unico neo, il traffico che di notte, si fa sentire. Joye è un ottimo proprietario, gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio a chi va a Barcellona per turismo.

Great!

Great stay! Very good central location in Barcelona, friendly staff, and clean room. We expected very humble accommodations, but we were more than satisfied with it. Multiple keys made us feel very safe (as a group of three young girls) and were not a hassle for us. Would highly recommend!

3 jours à Barcelone et cet chambre en centre ville était très bien située, mais un peu bruyante, pas de double vitrage !

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato molto confortevole. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Joey, una persona molto gentile ed educata che mi aveva già scritto via email prima del mio arrivo spiegandomi per filo e per segno come raggiungere la struttura dall'aereoporto, con gli eventuali mezzi e i prezzi inviandomi anche una cartina. L'appartamento era una stanza abbastanza grande in cui c'era sia una zona cottura che un letto matrimoniale, poi si trovava il bagno a sua volta suddiviso in due stanze da doccia separata da servizi igienici (molto pratico). Il monolocale l'ho trovato pulito, la cucina era totalmente attrezzata, il balcone si affacciava sul corso e le pulizie venivano effettuate tutti i giorni. All'interno del palazzo c'era molto silenzio durante tutto il giorno. Posso dire di essere stato veramente bene. Mi capita spesso di soggiornare in alberghi e appartamenti, e secondo la mia esperienza per il rapporto qualità prezzo il mio soggiorno è stato ottimo. Ringrazio ancora Joey per l'ospitalità e la serietà.

Bien situado, zona tranquila, buen calidad-precio.

Muy bien situado y zona muy tranquila, lo malo que el metro se nota cada vez que pasa. Tiene lo basico para una estancia de varios dias. La cocina viene muy bien, hay un mercadona al lado para comprar comida. El baño muy basico pero en buen estado.

Una muy buena opción

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido excelente. Viajamos en familia con niños pequeños y puedo decir que es realmente muy cómodo. Las habitaciones son grandes y está realmente muy bien ubicado. El metro está al cruzar la calle y caminando a 400 metros está Plaza Catalunya. Tiene ascensor. La habitación viene equipada con aire acondicionado, tv y con un pequeña cocina con lo necesario. Solo agregaría un microondas. Hay que tener cuidado con el horario de llegada ya que no se puede hacer el checkin las 24 hs.

Inexpensive place in Barcelona close to EVERYTHING

First of all this was a great location! We rode the bus from the airport and walked to the hotel. The hotel has a metro station right across the street, so it was very easy and cheap to get around Barcelona. This isn't the Ritz, but provided a nice size apartment/hotel room which was perfect for sleeping!!!

Just good location

Good location. Just infront of subway station. Please do not confusing with "HOTEL" Barcelona Center. Bed was Bad and yellow color. Noisy and cold. Staff was friendly but can not meet after checked in.

Good location

Hotel is very good value for your money. It is ideally located, walking distance to Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and Passeig de Gracia. There's a grocery and lots of restaurants nearby. Joey, the manager, is awesome, very helpful and accomodating even at the very start of our booking. Overall, a wonderful stay in an awesome city.

Overall an excellent place to stay!

Excelent choice! Room was clean and spacious, stocked with everything you need, and very centrally located so you can walk to any of the touristic attractions. Joey the Manager, will send you all the logístic information you need to get there from the airport/train/bus station and even give you good recommendations to restaurants and shopping.

Ok place - big space, great location right by Las Ramblas. Relatively clean and comfortabl enough, though not great value for your money. Could probably have found a nicer place for the amount of money it cost if I looked harder. Person who rents them is only there an hour or two a day - time and duration seem to vary - so if there is a problem or something isn't working (for us wifi), you're own your own. Also glad we had 2 adults for checkout. Need key get OUT of building (!), so 1 had to unlock and hold open building door while other ran up the flights of stairs to unlock the door to the floor, hold that door open, drop keys on desk and run downstairs while building door was still being held open. Otherwise i would have been left locked in stairwell (and missed plane) until someone eventually showed up. So don't recommend this place if you're on your own! Overall, was sort of like a family hostel with hotel prices. I would rent it again, but would probably check other options first.

Good location and value for the price

We are a family from the U.S. on a trip around Europe. This was our fifth location and the review is within context of all the other hotels since the experiences are so fresh. The staff here, specifically Joey, is very helpful with information to help you get the most out of your visit to Barcelona. There are information boards with everything you need to know even down to the nearest self service laundromat. Yet the staff is very relaxed and you feel comfortable coming and going as you wish. The hotel is very secure in city center short walking distance to some popular places, with a metro stop across the street to reach other areas. The room conditions are not spectacular but about right for the price. All and all a very pleasant stay.

Great hotel

Joey, the receptionist/hotel manager, was very warm and friendly and gave us a lot of advice on what to do in Barcelona. The location was excellent as it was very centrally located while the room was spacious, the beds were decent, the washroom was small but clean and usable, and the AC worked well (except that it was off when we came back in the evenings, so we left the do-not-disturb sign so that no one would come in). The hotel was more expensive and not as impressive compared to those in Seville and Granada, but that's because of supply and demand; it was overall a good value for money.

Excellent location, mindful and helpful owner

I spent 8 nights here but I didn't spend much time inside the apartment. Also, my needs and preferences were rather modest. Mostly I needed a place to stay that was air-conditioned, had a small kitchenette, good and reliable wifi, and centrally located. This place checked all the boxes. The best thing about this place is Joey, the owner. He is a tremendous resource and enthusiastic about giving you ideas and recommendations for places to visit and where to get a good meal, either in person or via email while you are out and about. It is important to understand this is not full service hotel and that there is usually no staff around to assist you. Joey has been very responsive via email though. Overall, I rate this place very high on value.

Me gustó, muy buena ubicacion, a pasos del metro urquinaona y de plaza cataluña, habitacion comoda, amplia, y tranquila. Atención super, muy amables. Volveria!
