"The house was large enough for our whole family with small children to move around and enjoy the stay. It was great having the sleeping rooms all upstairs for keeping down noise, however the stairs are VERY squeaky! It was very clean inside and the water, coffee and snacks were much appreciated. The deck was nicely furnished including a charcoal grill. The deck could use refinishing, however. The host was responsive via text including helping to resolve some drain issues. Several of the overhead lights were not working including the front TV room, the living room and the light over the kitchen sink. The jet tub in the master suite was also not working. The appliances were in good working order and the washer and dryer were pretty new. It was also nice to have off-street parking on the driveway. The furnishings were nice, clean and modern. "

"We had an amazing stay at this vacation home near SeaWorld in San Antonio! The house was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and plenty of space to relax, especially the game room with arcade that our kids enjoyed a lot.The location was perfect—just a short drive to SeaWorld and close to restaurants and grocery stores. After a long day of exploring, it was great to come back to such a quiet and comfortable place.The host was also fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. Everything was exactly as described (or even better!)"

"Overall the house was good. Two big issues with the property:1.) The hot tub only worked (1) night. This was a golf trip with 10 guys that looked forward to the hot tub. Very disappointed2.) The outside needed to be cleaned up. A lot of leaves from the winter was all over the place. An extra effort to clean this up would have helped.I'd consider renting again with the guarantee that the hot tub works. If not, I'd expect a refund."

"Wonderful stay. The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. It was very well stocked with plenty of towels, quality bathroom products and a fully equipped kitchen. We has a small issue with the air conditioner, but the owner was very responsive and had it fixed the same day. Great communication and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"
