Property said there were three beds in the one room, but there was two beds in one room and then a separate bed in the room next door. The facilities were clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location is a little out of the old city or shopping district or Bund, but we took a taxi to all very cheaply. There is also public transportation nearby.

Positives:
Property: The hotel is stunning and expansive.
Plenty of freebies: Free 1 time minibar, foot soak, breakfast, wine and photoshoot, shuttle bus for the airport and disney.
Gym: very good gym.
Negatives:
Housekeeping: I don't think they replaced the bedsheets in the entire 9 nights I was there and didnt take away the dirty dishes we had for days. Supplies like shower caps, bath salts etc arent replaced - which sucks since they chucked out the shower cap the first day they cleaned my room.
Breakfast: Pastries tasted quite stale and the variety didn't change much at all throughout my stay.
Staff: weren't very friendly. They weren't awful but could certainly be more hospitable.

I absolutely loved my stay at URBN Boutique Shanghai. The hotel is spotless, stylish, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day out.
Breakfast was excellent — The staff were consistently kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything. I also appreciated how peaceful and safe the area felt, while still being close to great shopping and dining options.
Everything about this hotel made my trip better — I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.
