"As soon as we entered the room, there was a large dead mosquito stuck to the ceiling. There were also hairs on the bed sheets, and strange hairs stuck inside the shower booth, which made the room feel unclean overall. The toilet clogged frequently, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the pool in front of the room was closed for an event, so we couldn’t use it. When we went there again the next morning right after it opened, the pool water was still very dirty and disappointing. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room and facilities did not meet expectations."

"this hotel is very poorly run. for one, there is no early check-in so everyone has to wait until 4pm to check in. second, we went as a group and found that many rooms ONLY have hot water and others ONLY cold water. Everyone has to call them to fix the issue. How can a hotel operate with such poor basic pipping? They provide only one small piece of soap for both shower and sink. Few rooms in our group, ACs did not work well. The hotel needs lots of fixing... The hot springs pools were nice so I am glad that worked out since they were the only reason we went."
