Iznajmljivanje luksuzno opremljene ville sa bazenom. Udaljena je 15km od centra grada Banjaluke. Nalazi se u mjestu Kuljani (3km od isključena za Trn(karting staza)). Oaza mira pogodna za porodični odmor kao i sve vrste proslava i zabava: rođendana, krštenja, vjenčanja, diplomiranja, vjeridbi,djevojačkih večeri i mnogih drugi.
