My main reason for picking this property was its closeness to the airport, however, it turned out to be a little too far from Acadia national park. It was new and clean, however, people walking upstairs, transmitted noise significantly through the ceiling. And although I did not contact the manager for help, the thermostat did not work.

Convenient and clean
This property is close enough to U of Maine as we moved my daughter in. It was helpful to have the space with two bedrooms and kitchen and living room. Not fancy but more than enough. Great choice for the price. Manager communicated well.

The unit was a good fit for our party of 4 making the trip to Acadia NP. Used the washer/dryer both nights. Nice to have a kitchen (although we did not cook). Living room and Roku were great. Shower was strong and hot. *Bedrooms do have a ceiling fan - but only AC is the unit in living room. *Location is on a main road with a unit upstairs and a unit downstairs. We stayed in the downstairs unit and could hear the guests above us when they moved around the unit. All in all - it was an enjoyable stay and would recommend.
