"One of my worst stays ever, especially taking into account I travel to Thailand every week staying in different hotels. First day there, I arrived at around 11pm and was shocked to see the office (Check in counter) was already closed.
Was told by the security guard to leave 500baht with him just so I can get my room keycard. Was further shocked when I was told that no receipt whatsoever would be given, hence had no choice as was already tired from the flight.

"Staff at the office spoke very good english and were very helpful. Room clean, but we would've appreciated if they had emptied the trash more often. :) Very well equiped gym. Over all it was a very nice stay. "
