"We had two different kind of rooms. The “jacuzzi room” is the lowest quality. Including a roach at the Aircon in the morning. The actual jacuzzi wasn’t useable (no decent or hot water flow; jets looked dirty etc) . Also had a pool room. Includes a small private pool, which is fine. Issues are the slippery steps. Nearly fell, could have ended the trip. Asked for 4 pool towels; got one. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special or what a “4 star experience” would look like. Overall it’s a decent...
