Lake view Stay

The premises is huge and the lake scenery view is breathtaking, however, there is no water activity for guests. A crocodile was spotted in the lake this year therefore only fishing is allowed. The Swimming pools are tiny and not equipped to swim properly. Buffet is only local cuisine which is limited. TV signal is very weak in the room.

nice and quiet place for family to stay in

Nice and quiet place for family to stay in. outside main road is under construction, drive to the resort is a bit tough . over all i will go back again for a short stay.

Clean room with simple but pleasing setup.

Room is clean and comfortable. Chairs and coffee table are just appropriate for a spacious feel. Nice job in the setup!

Basically ok. The room is comfortable. Some improvement need to be made is only at bathroom where as the floor is not fully clean.

Lakeview Terrace is close to RAPID so quite convenient for me and this was the 8th or 9th time for me at this place. However, this time the overall experience is negative as the room was untidy, bathroom dirty, bed linen must have been used by someone before (which I noticed only in the morning). Breakfast buffet also deteriorated, less choice (butter and jam from open small container with the left overs from other clients.... Have to think twice next time if I will come back

In experience front desk staff

I was given a wrong room. I booked an Executive room but during check in I was given a Studio room. I was not aware until my daughter came to our room n compare to hers tt it was smaller. I was dissappointed with the front desk staff. After I called and query them tt they admit the mistake. I was given a change of room. Even tt we have to take the key n move our things on our own n to return key on our own. No compassion given.

BAD at entertaining

Not a good quality temporary structure. The interior design looks good, but the structure itself is lacking. The bathroom is bad at the floor gradient, therefore there is water stagnant.

Nice resort

Dear This resort is out of town area. The nearest village required vehicle transportation within 30min jounery. This nice resort is good for couple and family short break. The resort is a chalet concept including 2 story each block. There is a clam lake view at this resort. There have mini gym and 2 mini pool and a resturant facility. The room is neat and clean and simple. The breakfast buffet was simple.

房間有螞蟻,好多螞蟻.湖景並不是真漂亮,房間打掃也沒有,服務台電話又常常不通,要求的東西也沒有完全做到,給他們電郵跟進也沒有回覆,附近有沒有東西吃,要搭的士才可去附近的小村落.

Very clean n spacious room/studio. Probably because still new. Very disappointed with the lake n breakfast. Not as advertised. The price is a little bit on the high side. I think more people will stay if they sell at RM150. Overall, it's okay if you just want to have a decent n quiet place to rest.

A good place to sit back and relax

Everything was as what we've seen in the internet. Its so comfy that we don't wish to return. This is a best place to relax after a hard days work. We will definitely come back!!

Clean hotel but nothing in the vicinity

The hotel itself was clean and nice. Only hiccup was that there was a power trip on the night of our stay but we weren't informed when we booked it. When we asked them at the reception, they simply asked us to cancel our booking. The surrounding vicinity doesn't have much. The road there is bumpy too if you're driving in.
