This entire lower-level suite is a riverfront paradise for all seasons.
Establish your home away from home somewhere you can sled in & out right from the front door of the property.
Plenty of parking for toys, and plenty of room to sleep in the master bedroom equipped with a luxury queen sized mattress, with an on-suite bathroom attached.
Enjoy a fully stocked Kitchen, ultra fast Wifi & a smart 50" TV waiting for you after a long day!

You'll have access to the ENTIRE LOWER SUITE with some shared spaces such as the backyard. Please note there is another UNIT in the upper suite. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances. Parking and backyard is shared at times when both levels are reserved. The door is at the back around the left side.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Ontario, tucked away from the bustle of the big city but close enough to visit. Central to several mid-sized cities and halfway between Toronto and Ottawa, Bancroft offers the tranquility of the Canadian Shield with all the amenities of a modern community. Bancroft was built alongside the same York River that this house overlooks.
Directly across from the river from this UNIT is the main park where most of the concerts and events are held. Behind the house are many walking trails and a pedestrian bridge reinforced for snowmobilers and walkers alike.
Getting Around:
Bancroft is a small town and many necessities are within walking distance however there's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
Although we provide the best WIFI possible in the area, the reliability cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party company.
We do not charge service fees.

We believe in giving our guests space but also make sure to be available 24/7 through text or call if you need us! :)

We were taking a break from our rv travels and this worked out perfectly. Very comfortable and clean! Close to the downtown area and a beautiful park at bottom of property. We were very happy customers

We stay this place just for one night. it's brand new I guess. Room is vey clean, quiet and super privacy. Bed is very comfortable, AC is cold. Full kitchen, nice décor. Furnitures looks much better than IKEA stuff. In-suit W&D machines are plus. Lot of parking, we actually park at the back of house, right in front of our door. about 100m away has a community park, kids can play there and swim in the river. Downtown Bancroft is just cross the river, and restaurants and grocery stores are really close as well. Had great night stay there, definitely will go back if stay in Bancroft.
