"Outstanding hotel. Perfect location. The staff are knowledgeable, flexible, helpful, and put the customer first. Their breakfasts are excellent, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Their espresso and other coffees are outstanding. They have outstanding laundry service, which is inexpensive and high quality. They have bicycles. The pool is lovely. I always go to this hotel when I visit Kanchanaburi. This hotel is a hidden gem. "
