Nous avons passé un excellent week-end au Grand Valtin. La maison était confortable, bien équipée et assez grande pour 8 adultes et 5 enfants. Nous avons pu profiter des possibilités de randonnées et du lac de Longemer à proximité.

FĂŒr uns drei Familien war es genau das Richtige, weil wir uns auf die drei Etagen verteilen konnten und in der Mitte einen großen zentralen Gemeinschaftsraum hatten. Hier wĂŒrde man sich mehr Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofas) wĂŒnschen, auch in der obersten Etage. Das Haus besticht durch seine großen Fenster, die die Natur sehr unvermittelt hineinlassen. So kann man auch ganze Regentage einfach nur hinausschauen. GĂŒnstig wĂ€ren noch ein paar Spielgelegenheiten im oder am Haus, z.B. Tischkicker. Das fehlende WLAN ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ, kann aber auch dazu beitragen, sich mehr der Natur und der Familie zuzuwenden ;-). Insgesamt ist das Objekt empfehlenswert.

Bel espace le chalet est spacieux agrĂ©able pour passer un week-end en famille mais le mobilier un peu usĂ© Le chalet nĂ©cessiterait une rĂ©novation Par contre il n’est pas adaptĂ© aux personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite comme indiquĂ© dans l’annonce pas de rampe d’accĂšs , rien n’est adaptĂ© au sein du chalet ni au niveau de la salle de bain ni aux toilettes donc ne vous fiez pas Ă  l’annonce . HandicapĂ©s, ce chalet n’est pas adaptĂ© pour vous nous en avons fait l’expĂ©rience. L’accueil est sympathique et chaleureux L’accĂšs au chalet n’est pas Ă©vident non plus, chemin de terre cabossĂ© Dommage mais nous y avons malgrĂ© tout passĂ© un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able

+ Chalet de trĂšs bonne taille, bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs bonne situation gĂ©ographique, 14 km de GĂ©rardmer, 8 km du lac de Longemer. - des portes bruyantes qui frottent sur le sol, volet du salon dĂ©fectueux, poignĂ©es de porte-fenĂȘtre manquante, chemin d'accĂšs endommagĂ© etc... Besoin d'entretien du batiment, dommage car trĂ©s beau chĂąlet.

Le chalet est accueillant avec ses grandes baies vitrĂ©es donnant sur la belle vue. Points positifs : taille des piĂšces, chalet pratique, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine en nombre, lits doubles trĂšs confortables,chaleur et bon fonctionnement de l'electromenager et du chauffage au sol trĂšs agrĂ©able. Points negatifs : le mobilier !!! Les lits simples et matelas simples font mal au dos. Ca passe pour de jeunes enfants de moins de 30kg mais pas pour les autres, qui n'ont pas bien dormi. Le mobilier du salon et les placards des chambres sont extrĂȘmement abĂźmĂ©s... Le canapĂ© idem on est assis sur l'armature, et il est bien trop petit pour 14.Les poufs d appoint sont trĂšs amochĂ©s Ă©galement. C'est vraiment dommage. Dernier bĂ©mol, l accĂšs voiture. Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d ĂȘtre embourbĂ©s dans l allĂ©e qui n est pas totalement praticable Ă  l entrĂ©e.

Il faudrait faire une remise en état général. Plaques propreté manque de clés porte ouvrant que de l,intérieur le couchage est correct. Manque de fermeture à clés dans les WC et salles de bain.

TrĂšs beau chalet. Vue magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses tout comme la piĂšce de vie (cuisine/salle Ă  manger/salon). TrĂšs confortable Ă  14. Au niveau de la cuisine, il n’y a que le minimum. Quelques casseroles,
 en + ne seraient pas du luxe. N’oubliez pas d’amener votre sucre et votre sel, il n’y a rien. Nous n’avons pas eu de soucis d’accĂšs malgrĂ© la neige mais de bons pneus neiges seraient souvent utiles. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour pour nous !
