It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit. "

"We really loved our stay here, extremely comfortable and great facilities for families! However, the presence of security guards with alsatians was a bit worrying. It didn’t feel unsafe per se, however the fact that security with dogs was needed made it feel like there might be trouble! The breakfast was good, although the bacon wasn’t properly cooked. Great selection of continental items. "
