Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit.

Très déçus

Ce n'est pas notre 1ere expérience dans cet hôtel. On a pu constater la baisse générale. Le petit dejeuner reste varié mais la qualite est médiocre. Le gros, énorme bémol, est la propreté. On ne sait pas a quoi ont servi les rideaux et on ne veut pas le savoir !

Même si l'hôtel est banal voir un peu cher pour le standing, le service rattrape tout. On m'a ouvert la piscine à 7h45 au lieu de 9h00 et tout le personnel hyper agréable. Le lit est confortable, les oreillers un peu moins. Les toilettes dans la salle de bain dommage. Mon séjour n'en reste pas moins agréable dans l'ensemble. J'espère que le personnel est rémunéré à sa valeur.

Encore quelques améliorations à faire

une nuit dans chambre spacieuse avec terrasse côté bois, propreté attention au traces de moisissures dans la douche bouton chasse d’eau déboîtée, côté chambre lit traces (grises ??) sur le draps ,traces ( de verre et autres) sur le meuble (sûrement dû au fait qu’il soit en métal ça tache, dommage. Seul bémol nous avions déjà séjourné (chambre du même côté) dans cet établissement et encore passé une mauvaise nuit dû au bruit (porte, gens qui parlent, …)

Hyper déçue. Nous avions une chambre côté forêt, un problème de climatisation nous a obligé à changer de chambre et la direction nous en donne une moins bien: côté rue, pas de crochet dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes, pas de couverture supplémentaire, couette trop courte pour nous recouvrir. Bref très très déçus et rien de fait ni de proposer malgré nos plaintes. Le petit déjeuner est acceptable. La piscine sympa. Heureusement que la dame de l'accueil était navrée et adorable.

Annonce trompeuse : piscine en intérieure mais non éclairée ni utilisable hors été. Petit-déjeuner sans plat oeuf (cuit ou cru …), savon lave-main à la place du gel douche… bref l’économie est de mise au détriment du confort.
