"Lot of tiny ants are in the room and hair and shower doesn’t make hot water i think my room we’re not cleaning because when I check in bathroom are waterlogged. Maybe it can't be helped because it's cheap, but if there is no hot water, I think it should be stated so. There were so many tiny ants in the room that I felt uneasy and had to wear long sleeves and long pants to sleep because it was too hot.

"We have stayed in many hotels and honestly the staff, cleanness and the services here were top notch! Have nothing to say except THANK YOU for making it great stay for us as it was our anniversary and wife bday present. very friendly staff and room was cleaned daily without even us asking for it. and when i say clean not just regular cleaning services you see, they would fold your cloths and go through the whole thing kinda services daily. honestly amazing and the location to everything was walkable. "The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered. "
