"This was the best stay my family and I have ever experienced. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and extremely kind. They provided a list of restaurants nearby if we couldn’t eat at their restaurant, provided beverage and food service poolside, and clean towels for each of us. The room was fantastic, clean with lots of space and plenty of amenities. The cooked-to-order breakfast was incredible as well. We felt very well taken care of during our stay and would absolutely stay here again!...

Villa with view and private pool

"The quality of the accommodation was truly exceptional, with almost all amenities you could need or want. The villa was well appointed and very clean and the pool and gardens were tended regularly. Interaction and communication with the agent was smooth and seamless.The requirement to turn up with 600 in cash as a deposit was unusual and a costly exercise, only for most of it (less 50 for air conditioning usage) to be returned at the end of the stay. For those from countries outside the Eurozone not using EUR, the fees and FX loss in withdrawing this much cash, and then re-depositing it again, making a loss on both ends is costly. A block on a credit card used to book would be far more effective. There is one TV in the property (in the small study) but there is no signal so you need to turn with a device (and acquire an adaptor to fit an HDMI cable) to use it. This caused us some more running around to sort it out. The Wifi is OK but not super fast so attempting video streaming became frustratingly difficult."

"The flat was lovely. Very clean and tidy with an excellent kitchen. There are 56 steps to get from the street to the flat, not for the faint hearted or infirm! The upstairs bed is extremely low and very hot, with no air conditioning! The shower was good but quite small. An excellent washing machine. We had no communication with the host. I rang someone to get the key safe passcode, who seemed to know little or nothing about the flat. That was it!"
