Room was ok. But some people were fighting outside our room during the night and smoking weed. All the smell entered our room making it miserable. Staff refunded us for the rest of the stay as I booked another hotel.

Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel
My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room.
