"The rooms need to be updated. A lot of things were loose, the floor was uneven, they have mixed type chairs and broken/limited number of outlets. They only had 1 roll of tissue in the bathroom for a 2 day stay and the carpet was torn."

"Ended up having to switch rooms because the shower tub wasn’t draining, and it was menstrual blood on the shower curtain. The trash cans had no bags in either room until the second day.
