Upon booking, it was shared that there would be on site parking, however when I arrived I was immediately greeted with $45 valet fee to have access to a garage across the street. I was also told that the valet couldn’t park my Tesla due to previous incidences that have occurred with previous valet folks, so essentially I was paying valet prices to park myself. The first valet person didi not walk us into the garage. And someone else turned us around to park in the garage next door. Only for us to find out later that we were parked in the wrong garage. We also had a heck of a time trying to get out of the parking garage on our own especially given that many doors were marked with exit no entry. The hotel also has a funny smell in the hallways, like mold or old people. While the overall facility seemed clean, the smell mad it feel unclean. The check-in process with the valet was so chaotic and unprofessional. I will NEVER stay here again! Do yourself a favor and skip it. Not worth the hassle.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and the bedrooms were very large and the beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. I was on the top floor and the ceiling near the window (which had obviously been repaired before) was wet and some paint was peeling (it had been raining for days). It didn't bother our stay, however. The living space had a pull out couch, which is great if you need it, but the couch itself was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was included but was nothing special- a couple hot options, breakfast breads, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, and drinks. Area had great dining options and a quick walk to the inner harbor.

The front desk receptionist did not give any information at check in, such as check out time, Wi-Fi login, or how to contact housekeeping for issues. Room was mostly clean but poorly lit and the internet on the TV was very slow and lagging. Price for valet parking is higher than listed online.

The staff was very nice and the room was clean. The only downfall was all the noise from the street outside and we were on the 11th floor. This is in no way the Hotels fault, we did enjoy our stay!

The street noise is annoying in the room assigned to us on the 2nd floor .. The hotel itself is quiet, but there is no soundproofing from the outside noise...we have to get up and check out..since we cannot get any meaningful sleep, which is why we booked a hotel anyway.

The staff were amazing from reception to breakfast preparers. Reception was very informative and friendly. The hotel itself was quiet but it was the night before a holiday so there was quite a bit of street noise late at night.

This is a renovated bank. Walk to the bottom floor, and see the old vault turned into a conference room. The staff was wonderful, a nice hot breakfast in the morning. An easy walk to the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was super nice and I especially want to mention Darrien Robbinson from the front desk. He went out of his way to get me a luggage cart on a very cold Sunday morning-it was very appreciated. I will definately stay here again when in Baltimore.

Run - don’t walk - stay away. 1 of 3 elevators works the noise outside is ridiculous- loud - sirens all night The club next door has the walls bumping Crazy loud and ridiculously unsafe feeling

a real gem
Darrell at the front desk was the nicest person ever! i saw him give 100% attention to everyone he spoke to and he made check in a breeze. It made us feel so welcome. The hotel used to be a bank and the architecture was beautiful! and i am not usually a person who notices these things. the location was great and we walked to the inner harbor and little Italy for pastries and dinner. the price was great and i would definitely stay here again.

An old bank high rise in a great location but graffiti and dumpsters bring the area appeal down. Suite was HUGE and not pricey at all with 2 bedrooms, frig and microwave. Best room for the dollar!!
