The snacks, toiletries and other items waiting in the room for our stay were convenient. Only a block from the Arena so we could walk to our concert. Valet parking included in the stay, check in and out was fast. The only thing I can say is the bed was a little firm for my comfortability but i dont think that is under Roomza's control.

This is my second time staying at Roomza Baltimore. Great location for Convention Center and Camden Yards. Clean, with a beautiful lobby, nice bar/restaurant (with delicious crab cakes). Roomza supervisor is very helpful.

Staff was great that’s the only good thing. The room was uncomfortable starting with the check in process, the AC wasn’t working and they said it’s because the building is too old. Noisy, found hairs in the table and bathroom. Pretty disappointing because the raiting prior me booking was good.

Once I figured out I was staying at a "hotel within a hotel", it was very nice. There was a little misunderstanding on check in because I tried to check into the main hotel. After that was settled, all was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Location good, room nice, beds comfortable, shower excellent, snacks nice, safe didn’t work, parking really poor—drove around the block 4 times because there was no place to stop for valet parking which was included so I had to pay for parking somewhere else then move my car in later. We didn’t need the room cleaned up in the middle of the stay but clean glassware would have been nice on the second day. Otherwise it was lovely.
