Perfect location for short stay

Fabulous location

Everything was as described and the location is right where you want to be!! You can walk to Fells Point, restaurants and convenience stores!! Very clean and it may be smaller but very spacious!! We would stay again if we come to the area.

Weekend getaway with wife.

A great week!

It's perfect for a couple or friends, or in my case myself and my adult son to have a convenient base camp for exploring Baltimore and DC (just a quick train ride away). We loved the neighborhood, the Inner Harbor, museums, restaurants, seafood, culture, etc. it was really a great time!

Fells Point

Excellent communication with owner to get the heat on. Lovely and all we needed for 3 nites. Bed very comfy and fresh. We parked at Caroline St parking garage 3 nites only $38. Walked everywhere.

Great space, very clean and comfortable, and in a wonderful part of Baltimore! The bed was crazy comfortable and we appreciated being in walking distance of fantastic restaurants and our conference. Thanks so much.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we came to Baltimore to do. Overall it was clean but I provided 4 stars due to the shower caulking needing replaced due to mildew staining. The provided shampoo and conditioner products could use some sprucing up as well, I would bring my own next time.

Great Location!

This property was exactly as described in the listing and was plenty of room for two people. It’s a short walk to all Fells Point has to offer. An added bonus is that it’s next to the Greyhound Tavern, a really cute bar which offers great cocktails and is not what you’d expect from the outside. Parking was a little difficult, but that’s to be expected in this area. We were able to grab a spot directly across the street from the unit. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great location, perfect for 60+

We rented the apartment and detached garage for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays. It was perfect getaway while visiting our children and grandchildren who live in the area. The apartment is exactly as pictured. The matress is dreamy. Great experience. We'll rent again. John was out of town during most of our stay due to holidays but he provided a contract fir emergencies

I couldn't ask for more!!!

This was my first visit to Baltimore and this apartment made it absolutely perfect. The location is great because it is walking distance from nightlife and in the center of a ton of places to eat. It's was really close to the freeway and I could walk or take a water taxi to the inner harbor. The apartment was lovely. From the moment I walked in I was impressed. I was so happy I couldn't wait to come back. I felt so comfortable being there it was just like being at home. I felt well taken care of by Mr. Morgan who was extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed but there wasn't anything more I could ask for.

Everything about our trip was wonderful. The apartment was actually much bigger than we expected since it was described as a micro apartment, but for a couple it’s perfect. I especially loved the desk in the bedroom because we were both able to work having two separate locations. It was super clean and a fantastic location. I was a little worried about the parking, but we really never had any problems and parked on the street for free. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit the first night and when I texted in the morning, literally someone was there in less than an hour to fix it. Above and beyond customer service. Communication was easy and I would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We arrived on a Sunday & the parking was horrific. Most spots were 2 hour max parking. We looped the neighborhood for a half hour before we found a free spot & we were still 2 blocks away. Not ideal for a road trip with bikes, bags, cooler, etc. The Vrbo was clean, nice & the A/C was fantastic (very much appreciated after our extremely hot zoo day). When we arrived, it smelled of cigarette smoke but that dissipated after an hour or two. The host provided air freshener after we reached out. The neighborhood had a couple walkable bars & restaurants. We definitely suggest Affogatto for coffee, pastry & adorable kittens! A great spot to access the aquarium (our reason for visiting).

Quaint and comfy

Quaint, comfortable and excellently located row house. well appointed kitchen. Very Good bed. We had everything we needed to enjoy the Fells point area. We loved it. The owner communicated clearly and on a timely manner. Finding parking spots along the streets was not as difficult as we thought.

Great Stay!

This apartment is far enough from waterfront at Fells Point that its was nice and quiet, but just a few blocks away from so many cute shops, bars, restaurants and the water. I stayed for a conference being held at the Waterfront Marriott and loved my walk there and back each day. The apartment was clean, and had lots of lovely character. Highly recommend!

Lovely

Great location, perfect little rental for our night in the city. Loved the people and energy of the little tavern next door (elderberry shooters and lavender cocktails!) Microwave is alarmingly loud (!?) but worked just fine as did everything else with the property- smooth and cozy!

Very helpful manager and staff

The property is compact but cute. They have a door that slides across doorway between the bedroom and the living room that blocks noise from the outside. We did find the property chilly but when we contacted the owner, he had one of his staff come over, wait a few minutes for us outside, and provide us with space heaters that warmed the place up very effectively and quietly. We felt valued and cared for. I highly recommend this cozy little place and the people who manage it!
