Upon check in, we were notified that there was no long term parking at the hotel. We were told to go park the car down the street and shuttle back to the hotel. If I wanted to park my car off site I would have arrived the day of my flight. Front desk staff was rude.

There was no where to park when I came in at night, the front desk staff Friday and when I check out today wasn’t pleasant at all. The room’s bathroom showed visible mold, the only gave me 1 washcloth, this was the worst experience ever. This isn’t a bad hotel but the people that work here are really setting a grey cloud over this property. The front desk young guy kept giving excuses for the mold instead of a solution to fixing the issue. It’s dangerous and unacceptable. My sheets and pillows were visibly dirty with yellow stains, and I found an ant in my bed.
