The parking situation was inconvenient and unusual bordering on confusing. The room itself was very large, but with mostly bare walls and unusual(?) furniture choices. "I felt like I was scammed, no internet ( falsely advertised) , no control over climate condition in room, blasting heat from pipes going through room when it’s too hot outside already!!!! No help at all from staff only excuses that are unreasonable to have in a guesthouse. We were advised to leave the hotel next day by Expedia for you to resolve the reimbursement which never took place 😡"
