"Do not book this hotel. I made a reservation last week through hotels.com and mistakenly booked for September 2 instead of October 2. I didn’t receive an email or text the day before I was supposed to check in like I do with every other hotel I book and then didn’t realize my mistake until I received an email thanking me for checking in (which I didn’t of course).
