Relação Custo-benefício perfeita!!
Apesar do hotel estar em reformas, principalmente com os elevadores, a relação custo-benefício é muito boa. Quartos limpos e bem espaçosos, com café de manhã de grande variedades, inclusive para pessoas com tolerância a glúten e lactose. Fica no coração de Balneário Camboriú, onde tudo se faz a pé. Voltaria com certeza para uma estada pequena.

Hotel é bem localizado. Café da manhã tem o básico, não é aquele “café da manhã de hotel”. Mesas cheia de louças sujas , poucos funcionários para arrumar. Quarto é espaçoso, camas boas e tudo bem limpo. O ar-condicionado antigo e faz muito barulho. A janela não tem vedação de som alguma, estava no 13° andar e dava para ouvir a rua. O cofre era mais antigo que eu, e precisava assinar um termo na portaria para poder pegar a chave. O box era minúsculo, para dar banho no meu filho , tive que deixar a porta aberta e molhou tudo. Poucas tomadas no quarto. AGORA A PIOR COISA FOI O ELEVADOR. Elevador horrível, parece de prédio caindo aos pedaços, muito pequeno, só cabem 5 pessoas porque é realmente bem apertado, muito devagar, passa direto do seu andar e ai enche no andar seguinte e você não consegue entrar. SÓ TINHA UM ELEVADOR FUNCIONANDO , no final de semana, como assim?? Tinha fila na recepção pra subir para os quartos, filas imensas a qualquer hora, na hora do café ficamos meia hora esperando, desisti e descemos do 13° andar com 2 crianças e minha mãe idosa, para irmos embora deixei minha mãe na recepção com meus filhos e eu e meu marido subimos as escadas para arrumar as coisas e pra descer ele desceu as escadas novamente pq não tinha lugar no elevador , sempre estava lotado.Os funcionários da recepção só olhando e nada, ao reclamar com o funcionário a resposta dele foi que estava complicado mesmo e não tinha oq fazer , um total descaso e desrespeito com os hóspedes.

Decepção total com a estrutura
Infelizmente o hotel está esquecido no tempo pela administração, é um hotel dos anos 80 que não deve ter manutenção desde então. Tudo muito precário, quase nada funciona! 1 elevador para todos os hóspedes, a localização é excelente, o café da manhã normal, mas de resto, infelizmente é um hotel extremamente Velho e sem manutenção a anos! Uma decepção e uma pena! Nunca faço avaliações mesmo que tenha uma experiência ruim em algum lugar! Mas esse hotel para quem vem a BC é algo desagradável, o barato sai muito caro, tinhas outras melhores opções pelo mesmo valor, optamos pela localização e fomos enganados pelas fotos! Espero que a administração olhe as avaliações e veja o que pode ser feito! Necessita fechar por alguns anos e tentar aproveitar a casca do hotel, pq de resto nada se pode aproveitar

Ja fiquei hospedado varias vezes neste mesmo hotel ,mas esta vez fui mul atendido pela recepção do dia , os da noite muito educados, pessoal da limpeza educados. No dia 12/05, recepção do cafe estava mal humorada, cara de nojo, foi muita decepção. Esta estadia , sempre recomendei mas a partir de hoje nao recomendo, muitas pessoas sem experiências em atendimento ao publico, deveria ter treinamentos em educação e respeito

O hotel tem um ótima localização e um bom café da manhã, porém como outros hospedes já avaliaram, o elevador é muito pequeno para os 15 andares do hotel. Formam-se filas no térreo, e principalmente na saída do café. Após esperar 20 minutos, decidi descer 8 andares para ir ao café e como a fila estava enorme para subir fui pelas escadas novamente. A apartamento que fiquei era com ar-condicionado de janela (extremamente barulhento) os registros da pia e chuveiro não fechavam o suficiente e a água ficava pingando direto.
