Seen better days. Good location, not the place to stay if you want a quiet relaxing hotel. Everything was a bit shabby. The rooms were noisy, it sounded like you could hear every door open and close. Rooms face the pool and you’re at the mercy of other parents when it comes to how many hours they will let their kids scream around the pool area (and in our case it was many).

"The tiny home is located right next to the Avon River South, which was flowing when we were there.
