"We liked this house so much that we have already rented it for next summer! Perfect for the 7 of us. Very clean. Very pretty but practical decor. VERY well appointed…we were impressed by the supply of toilet paper, cooking utensils and spices, pool towels, cleaning products etc. and yet enough empty cabinets for our own “stuff”. Loved the pool and LOVED the pool cover keeping it so clean!The backyard was fantastic for watching sunsets and enjoying the comfortable quiet nights. We did have one major issue when the primary window shades in the master bedroom tore horizontally and came crashing down. It was a one night inconvenience but Delmar had excellent customer service dispatched a guy fairly quickly and addressed our inconvenience appropriately. Overall we had a wonderful vacation in this house and are looking forward to next year."

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was beautiful, the location was outstanding, and the property was very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, although there were several issues that were disappointing, particularly given the level of the property and the cost of the summer rental.There were two significant challenges:Refrigerators/freezer: When we arrived, the upstairs refrigerator was functioning, but the freezer was not working at all. The downstairs refrigerator was completely nonfunctional. I would have expected both refrigerators and the freezer to have been checked and confirmed to be working properly before our arrival.Air conditioning: The air conditioning in the master bedroom was not working. The management company responded quickly and installed a window unit, which was appreciated, but unfortunately the unit did not work particularly well and did not adequately cool the room.I do want to emphasize that communication with the management company before our stay and during the stay was excellent. They were responsive and helpful when issues arose. Unfortunately, after the stay, communication was extremely disappointing. We have been unable to receive a response despite reaching out, which is particularly frustrating given how responsive they had been previously.Despite these issues, the house itself is lovely and the location is exceptional. I would possibly consider staying here again, but given the problems we encountered during our summer stay—and especially the lack of communication afterward—I would have some reservations about doing so."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house was even better than pics. The view is second to none. Just beautiful. The house is fully equipped with anything you may need. Proximity to Province town and beautiful Truro and Wellfleet is great too. We will be back as soon as we are able to. Thank you again to our responsive and attentive hosts."

"This property was an excellent place to stay and I would stay there again and again. My whole family loved it. The couches and beds were very comfy. Everything was so was very clean. It had everything you needed to cook plus a new grill and fire pit outside. It was close to beaches and P-town. It was a quiet area and several bedrooms rooms so it's easy to split cost."
