"Very nice hotel! No complaints other then we paid extra for early checkin so we could arrive anytime after 9:00 am on day of arrival. Arrived around Noon and then waited 3 hours to get into a room. Excuse was there had been a Coldplay concert the night before but that shouldn’t have interfered with us since we paid extra in advance for early checkin so that was very frustrating after an overnight flight and no sleep. "
