The kitchen is sleek, stylish and fully fitted with a gas cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stainless-steel oven, as well as breakfast bar seating, plus there is a separate internal laundry and an extra WC.



Both bedrooms are equipped with aircon and the main bathroom are on the upper level and easy and open living downstairs.



This secure and supremely easily maintained property puts you in the right spot to get the best out of Lennox Head, as it is within a five-minute walk to the beach, with beachside cafes, restaurants, shopping amenities and Lake Ainsworth all within a stroll. Its also 10 minutes to Ballina and 15 minutes to Byron Bay.

Mostly great

Great location. House was very well equipped with everything you need, washer/dryer/dishwasher etc and nice comfy beds and quality sheets, great bathroom. Unfortunately there was a damp smell in one of the bedrooms which I found very off putting and ruined the experience somewhat. Also the communication with the property managers wasn’t great. The emails from them go to junk mail so I didn’t receive them in my inbox which caused confusion and tension.
