"A wonderful experience from start to finish, despite only being one night! Our plane landed late at Munich airport, so we emailed the hotel and the staff left our key and all check-in information in a lock box very clearly located. We were welcomed by some friendly Germans who treated us to a bier and invited us to watch them complete a game of chess in the hotel “library”. The room had the most comfortable beds and best pillows, I actually want to find and buy the same ones. And the shower had great water pressure. The view from our balcony was beautiful, and the included breakfast buffet is what one would normally pay at least $20 for in the US. You won’t regret staying here!"

"Great value, clean, modern and excellent underground car park. Service was great, nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size. My only feedback would be the bed was very firm. This may suit some people but for us, we found it very uncomfortable. Everything else was ideal."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful The room was clean and staff came in every day to clean it. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. I am celiac and they provided a basket of different breads for me. The two I was traveling with really enjoyed the fresh breads they offered. Love the coffee machine where you could have different types of coffees. The pool and the sauna were nice to have after a day of touring around. We did not get a chance to use the gym. We were there at Easter time and they had it decorated so nice Easy access to bus lines and then the underground. They had free parking and breakfast which is uncommon in Europe."
